From the village below Le Moléson, the 2002-meter peak is always in sight. That view became the spark behind this brand. The idea started while working with biocomposites and testing flax fiber as a carbon alternative. We built our first skis by hand, and it proved that cleaner materials and strong performance can work together.
From there, the direction was simple: build an outdoor brand that respects the mountains it depends on. Peak2002 grew from that mindset. A young brand focused on better materials, thoughtful design and gear that feels connected to the place it comes from.

Peak2002 skis combine flax fibers, precise profiles and durable base materials. Every design starts from sustainability and real mountain performance.
Our skis use natural flax biocomposite fibers instead of carbon. This provides excellent damping properties, reduces vibrations, and significantly lowers the environmental footprint while maintaining high-performance standards.
Every Peak2002 ski is designed and tested around Le Moléson, the 2002-meter peak that inspires our brand. We understand mountain conditions and build skis that perform where it matters most.
By replacing carbon fiber with flax biocomposites, we reduce manufacturing emissions and create a more sustainable product lifecycle. Performance doesn't have to cost the planet.
